Hi friends I have troubles with two canon ir machine advance c2025 the first signal me an error code E000025-0200 and the second E00021 0020.
if someone has already solved these problems i will be very grateful to help me To solve them. Thank you in advance.

Hi for the code E00025-0200 I clean the hopper of the black cartridge; But for the E00021-00200 I have yet to try anything.

Hi,

For both error codes, I suggest that you clean the Toner vertical path of the Cyan Hopper. Otherwise, replace it. You can verify the steps to take the machine Service mode.

Hi everyone,

I have spent most of my ten years experience on office machine working on Konica Minolta, recently i have encountered Canon imagerunner Advance C2230i with an error code e0000070 since i have no service manual handy i resorted on google which showed its an error related to an itb unit sensor, can any one help me on the proper way of removing the image transfer unit Please?
