Canon irc2380i add toner magenta but it has

Hi,

Suddenly canon irc2380i asks for magenta toner, but the toner magenta is new, if you take magenta toner off and put it on again, it can work for a while until the machine asks for magenta toner again.

the state toner is full or empty the machine does not display "toner magenta is low"

Does anyone know the problem?

Clean the toner sensor in the magenta buffer assembly.

added note:
Remaining Toner Level Indicator Does Not Change

reset the toner level indicator.

Enter User Mode > Additional Functions > Adjustments and Cleaning > Toner Replacement While Printing is Possible. Select the color that was replaced, then press YES. This will reset the toner level indicator.
