c6010 waste toner full error

Hello...we are having an error which will not reset..."replace waste toner container". occured while in sleep mode. the waste toner box is new...and i cleaned magnetic sensors 1 and 2. also reseated their connections.

Any ideas?

problem resolved...the waste pipe connecting the main unit to the sub unit was not pulled together tightly.
