    [Jamming] IR-Adv C7065 Phantom Jam - 000CF1

Been receiving this jam error a couple times a week, seems to happen when the unit wakes up on a schedule in the morning, or on the first print job that wakes it up.

Open the door and pull out the paper path, no paper in it. Close unit back up, jam error clears, no more problems until the next morning that triggers the jam.

Jam menu say - Location: Other, Type: Other

Service manual seemed to be of little help either...

    Any thoughts?

This was from a tech pub on the canon website.
      Error :

0CF1, 0CA1, 0CA2 or 0CA3 are displayed in the UI.

      Workaround :

When 0CF1, 0CA1, 0CA2 or 0CA3 are displayed in the UI, follow the display instructions (open door, move lever, etc.) three times without power cycling the engine. The machine will then display the actual error code that these retry codes are masking.

      (try and update software.)
