I have problems with duplex jam, change DC and Duplex however it still stalls
Check the gears that drive the duplex for proper mesh.
It has been found that the drive gear on the machine side, or right door may become bent or deformed.
This will not allow proper drive of the duplex. The drive gears are displayed in the photos below:
The part number for the gear on the door side is FU6-0934-000.
This gear meshes with the gear of the main drive.
The part number for the Main Drive is FM4-6497-000.
