Ir Adv 8105 breaks spiral coil every 2 weeks

Hi!
I cant find the reason why its breaking the spiral coil inside drum cleaning section.
I've changed 3-4 times in 2 months but it broke only at the gear's side. Changed bushing also and after i install a new one the movement of gears/mechanism is really good but cant find the reason why it happens.

The toner is backing up. You need to replace the updated waste toner unit in the back. A lot of the big units seem to do it. I replaced the entire drum unit assembly on a 6275 that only had 100k on it. I was not sure what was broken besides the coil. I also replaced the waste toner unit and have not heard back (5 months). Canon says the toner going out forms a pyramid and they added a Mylar to prevent that. Usually you get a E013 if it is plugged up in back but I don't think it makes it to the coil because of the pyramid effect of the toner going out. FM4-0899-020. Tech pub TP15-205.pdf

It has nothing to do with AP Kit cleaner, bad toner or waste toner. It was the heat!
The plastic tube that comes from drum cleaning section was broken in the frontal side of machine. So the coolers that cover drum unit couldnt remove the heat from cleaning section. If you can see the broken spiral you can see that is burned or broken in high temperature conditions. Wow....amazing....changed 6 or 7 spiral coils.

Waste drive assemblies are garbage on these...even modified ones. Replaced many. Make sure your filters are clean. No air flow=plugged waste(just like the older ir5000)
