hello to all, i have problem with canon ir 1022, show out of toner change toner, i replace the toner but is appear again.I replace developer cassette, after 5 days work the problem appear again!!! any idea ?

Have you cleaned the white connector? I know this can cause that. There is a spring which sets on a plastic piece in front of the developer assembly, and connects the white wire to the contact on the developer assembly. Make sure the spring did not fall off.

Hi, an iR1024A is giving me similar issues. I gave the white cable a look over and disconnect and a reconnect on both ends, but when I look at the sensor test menu for the toner antenna the voltage difference is still the same regardless of whether the cartridge slot is empty or contains a full cartridge. Well nearly full, the copier has managed to spill some toner out of it while looping trough the initialisation, possibly because it thinks it's empty.
Could a large ammount of toner spilled around the deveoper assembly cause the antenna to give faulty readings?Comment
