[Error Code] error e061-001

Hi
I have 6570 which is giving error E061-001 in settings i have tried this *28*<copier then <option<body<po-cnt<0 copy comes but it is dark one and no error comes and when settings changed to *28*<copier then <option<body<po-cnt<1. then white copy comes and error E061-001 occurs
please suggest solution

check the primary charge assy , pre-transfer charge assy, transfer&seperat assy.
most possibly, laser scanner error;clean it first. if it still doest work, raplace it.

cover.jpg reinstall the cover(in the red circle) properly. if not ,the shutter of the laser scanner doesn't open .
