    Canon iR ADVC5255 - Error E000355-0003

    Hello:

    I have a problem with a iR ADVC5255. Recently shows error E000355-0003. Does anybody would help me with this issue please? Thanks.

      I think that it's a problem with a system control board called serial board, it cannt be ordered from canon the way as common spareparts ,but only apply for through authorized service station. if you have a second-hand machine , canon doesn't offer this board.

          Problem solved. Replacing the COUNTER PCB ASSEMBLY (FM4-1259-000). After replacing the PCB perform the CLR-E355 in Service Mode Level 3.
