[Error Code] IRadvc250 - drum error

hi

Had a tech ring me today, pulling his hair out, he has gone to 2 different IRadvc250 in the last week, has replaced the bk drum and straight away has had the same error come up E21-0420 on both machines. He has done most things, upgrade firmware, tried a new drum but still same error, old drum goes back and error goes away, very similar to 2220 Series etc. Havent seen this issue myself, i checked sims and backend , nothing on there. Anyone seen this or send him in the right direction?

I've had issues with drums on these machines. Got one that if you put an new drum in, it destroys it. No contract....customer doesn't want to spend money. So I stick drum in showroom machine to initialize it, then go stick it in customers machine. Calibrate,etc and see ya...
