We have a longtime customer with an imagepress C1 printing through the efi imagepress t1 server. Long story short, the T1 is locked up booting (please wait) so we need to reinstall system software but lost the disk. I would think by now Canon would offer it for download on the support site but no dice. Is there an online firmware download for these fiery's?
