Canon ir 3300 add toner message, the unit has almost full of toner

I just serviced this machine, and cleaned a hell of plastic, toner stained components and parts, finisher etc...cleaned and serviced the units
the machine keeps saying its toner reservoir is empty, i fill it up after servicing it and it worked for some 20 copies,
now its back saying "add toner" again .

Any suggestion is welcomed, in the meanwhile I'm going to disassemble the DV unit (messy job) to see what I find...

add toner is shown on control panel or on PC

if PC > reload the driver

try doing a DCON clear in service mode.---remember to print out P settings first -to reload back in

Contacts were impacted with toner, 60 copies so far it hasn't asked for toner again.
