Description - Error in DDI-S communication
Remedy - 1. Check the connector connecting to the Scanner.
2. Check the power of the Scanner ->whether to perform
initialization at start-up?
3. Replace the Rcon, the Scanner Board or the Main
controller PCB 2.

is this a PRINTER ONLY model and does not have a Reader Unit/DADF.

Hi.
Youve probably solved issue already but if not..
Could try cleaning up all the sdram chips, re-seating connectors on main controller 2.
