[Jamming] sensor double sheet

Hello everyone.
I have an image-press c850 with a paper deck c1 with double sheet sensor.
My problem is that the labels generate me codes 2828 (double sheet).
I have tested with different profiles like Lab-051 and Lab-241.
Can the sensor be canceled?

Make sure the optional Double Feed Sensor is seated correctly on the attachment bracket / if not it will cause the sensors S009 and S010 to not line up correctly.

Try Re-seating the sensors to correct the problem.

What kind of label paper? Is there gaps between the labels?
Not my brand but some of the production machines i work on you can switch the function off if its troublesome.
These ultra-sonic sensors are very sensitive.

thanks to all.
I will try to see the position of the sensor but I think the problem is that the sensor detects air between layers of the labels.
