Customer says intermittently the copier will produce blank sheets when using the ADF. This only happens when making copies and when scanning to the computer using the ADF. Seems to only happen on single sided copies, never on duplex copies. We haven't witnessed this yet so its hard to pinpoint but thought I'd see if anyone else has had this same issue?

hi,
make sure the customer is not resting any documents on the top of the ADF where the A4r and A3 flags are, when using A4 originals to scan and resting documents on the other 2 paper detect flags, you will get blanks.
