[Error Code] Canon C9075 Error E000025-0210

Hi all, I had a problem occur on my Canon C9075 after replacing a Magenta toner cartridge. I installed it the way I always have but after closing the door it threw up error code E000025-0210 and wouldn't let me proceed. Even though the new toner is in place it still reads as having an empty on and the "open toner door" button is greyed out. Is there a way to override code and get the door open? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Canon Open toner door on iRC ADV
*28* level 2 - COPIER- OPTION- DSP-SW - T-CRG-SW set this to one.
Then thru customer setting (star head) ADJUST/Maintenance - Maintenance - Replace Specified Toner

Thanks so much for helping me out! I did all the steps in service mode, after changing that value to one and switching back to customer mode, when I hit the "star head" settings/registration button it just tells me that that these functions aren't available and it gives me the error code again and to call a service representative. Do I need to clear the code or turn the machine on and off after changing the value in service mode?

Yes clear the error and reboot if that fails get the screwdriver out!

Cracked one way gear on hopper or rod needs lengthening. Need to clear error in service mode. Call a tech....

While you have your hands in there you might as well replace the three other one way gears, Murphy's Law..

Fun job to get to the gear. Here is a picture of the 7065 back with the color hopper out to get to the gear.
