E520-8001 on ir3045

I do not have the SM on this model. Customer has an ir3045 and its giving an E520-8001. I know it has something to do with the internal finisher and possibly the offset rollers or motor.....can someone give me specifics from the service manual please. Thank you.

Title : E520 sub code 8001
Error :The pick up roller will move towards the rear and start to vibrate, then the E520 is generated with the sub code 8001.

Workaround :
Replacing the offset motor resolved the E520 - 8001.
