    E351 on iR105 plus with K3/K4 finisher

Anyone, by chance ever have a persistent E351 on the sorter listed above? If running a simple job with dual staple (3~5 pages) it staples correctly. If you have a larger job of the same type it staples the front staple, moves to the second staple but never cycles the staple unit, which then pops the E351. With an identical machine next to it I swapped the fuse box, driver pcb, staple unit itself, I've cleaned all glide surfaces (why not, I was in there). What I've not done is swap any sensor such as the Swing guide safety switch or the staple safety switch (front or rear). Single stapling is flawless, off set stacking/sorting shows no issue, only dual staple. Any help, advice, or knowledge would be appreciated.

    Pete

Thanks Kwazimoto for the response. I've pretty much already decided it is the harness, just hadn't got to the checks, yet. The sub code is 01 and no, I haven't yet checked the switches that could be a part of this. Those checks will be made tomorrow. Thanks again!
