I have a canon ir adv 8095 pro with E 535 002 &003 Error code . I still this problem.I need help

Error code E535-0002 is occurring.

Swing Guide motor, M110 and the Finisher Controller PCB have both been replaced. Sensor S118 in the Swing Guide unit was replace. Sensor S110, the Swing Guide Home Position sensor, has not been replaced.

24 volts DC is present at every pin for connector CN120 on the Finisher Controller PCB. Connector CN120 is for the micro-switches SW101, SW102, SW103 and SW104 in the finisher.

At connector CN116 of the Finisher Controller PCB, 24 volts DC is present at Pin 1 but not at Pin 2. Connector CN116, Pin 1 and Pin 2, is for the micro-switches SW110 and SW111 in the Upper Tray of the finisher.


Workaround :


For this case, micro-switch SW110 in the Upper Tray of the finisher was faulty.

Replacing SW110 in the Upper Tray corrected the problem of 24 volts DC not being present at Pin 2 for connector CN116 which in turned corrected error code E535-0002 from occurring resolving the error code issue with the finisher.

Sir in our mashine E535-0004 has coming again an again in Ir8095 ..... and th paper stop on fhinisher's startfront..... why it happened
