Canon IR Advance using up developer only magenta

Can anyone help on a Canon ir Advance C5255 copier, magenta developer depleting, i have used 3 developer units and all being depleted, no error codes comming up, can anyone help, no developer in the bottom of the laser unit, cant understand where the developer is going.

I would check the HVT if you have gone through that many developing units

When you replace the dev tank does it setup and work?
If it does and the developer unit maybe starved of toner then you need to check the toner hopper assembly is operating correctly.
