    IRC2550-"Default key is corrupted or invalid" message

    I have seen this before, I'm not sure what it means. It was a while age when I saw this message. I think it went away when
    it was installed on the office network. I'm not a network tech, so I know I am at a disadvantage.
    I have not found anything in the book about this message. The machine works fine.
    Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

          Thanks tonersniffer,
          I did have to put an HDD in this machine. I took it from another model C2550. I do have the certificate for this unit.
          Can this customer use the old certificate?
