CLC 1120 print problem

hello i have a print problem with CLC 1120.

looks to be drum or developer issues... what are the consumable lifes at?
what have you done?

first i am using it as ceramic printer.
1-Starters are almost 4 years old. i do 1500 copies a year..
2-Transfer drum is brand new.
3-drum cleaner blade is new.
4-for the primary charhing unit's grid was new.
But wire will be old. İ have 2 more used primary
charger unit, i change them to see what happens.
No differnce.
5- when i make 10 blank pages at service mode
and do print: all colors are ok. Then second one
has same issue.

bad corona wires should be replaced... why is just the grid new? old/bad corona wires can cause all sorts of image issues.
