[Misc] Noisy mc Canon irc 1325 or Iradv c250

I have a machine that makes a gear clicking loud noise at start up and at end of cycle it seems to be when pressure goes on and off on the fuser unit replaced fuser no joy.If you do more than 1 copy its fine only does it at beginning and end of cycle.Anyone had this on the irc13225 or c 250 range

Any errors? I have had errors and noises when the 250/350 come out of sleep mode, the fuser drive was the culprit. The fuser gets cammed in and out of position, and I believe the error was E009, but could be mistaken. The drive # is FM0-0034-000.

I change the Fixing drive ass. but the code is FM0-0071

hi..yip you right.noise is the fuser drive and after awhile a E009 appears.i replaced drive and poof all problems solved..there was a bulliton out about it aswell.
