    ir3245 scan quality

    See attached example. This is a b/w scan that comes out with these yellowish streaks.

    Give the optics a good cleaning, I have had this model do something similar, the mirrors were very dusty. Make sure the white plate values are entered and then do a shade correction in service mode.

      If your copy board glass values aren't correct in service mode, this will throw your colors off. Take the cover off above the reader controller and check your settings in service mode. The underside of the cover has the service label on it. You might have to try an RCon clear. If that doesn't work, try updating the firmware

        You mean CCD Adjust, White Levels...machine does shading correction everytime you hit the start button on Canons(checks white reference strip under glass on edge before scanning)

          Try change copyboard Glass only. And adjust ccd.
