iR2530 sound, noise

Hello.
Customer complains about whistling when printing or copying.
1) Drum unit replacement did not help.
2) Roll lubrication in the paper path also did not help.

The sounds do not appear when the technician arrives.
Testing 200 paper one way and two sides without result.
Someone has similar experiences.

Replace the fixing film and lubricant (Krytox)

I have had many noises(squeak,whistle,chirp) from the clutches behind the HVT, right rear of machine. 4 of them, plastic hubs. Pull them apart and clean with alcohol. A carefully placed drop of oil on the plastic core(stay away from the clutch plates) helps.
