Canon ir5055 background on double sided

Wonder that have copier at a customer and it gave background on the 2nd side , i tried to turn back the value from the front door but still the same , also its jammed on both side i noticed that the paper enter the fixing tends and the it gave stationry jam ps4 this after 20 papers .thanks for your help

Have you run the white value calibration in service mode?

Check transfer corona.
Check separation wire in transfer corona assembly.
Try change toner.

Thanks will try calibration ,also to change transfer

In transfer corona separation wire is not working properly.
Check hvt pcb.
If separation is not work .second side printing
Time paper upword to drum and case jaming in fixing and print have a background .
Plase upload a sample copy and jam code.
