How to clear E000

Enter service mode by pressing additional functions than 2 than 8 and then Additional Functions.
#SSSW will be displayed.
Use the right arrow and scroll to #CLEAR then press OK.
Use the right arrow and scroll to ENGINE then press OK.

ERRCLR will be displayed then press OK.
Then power cycle the machine.

I think this is shorter, finisher, unit problem.
If machine have a finisher unit , than try you disconnected from machine and try a check.

never seen than -520 Detail Code on this model

Hi, Teckat.
Canon Ir 2520 - on sreen show now : Network download available ip address. Machine does not use , all keys do not use too. It may be hung , what's machine and action. I don't understand this machine, please help me . Thank you very much.

Check the DIMM Assembly on the Main Controller ---remove and re-seat it.
May also be bad------------------------

Copier display is locked up with a message of 'Network Download Available' at power on.'

The message occurred after the Main Controller was replaced.

After comparing the original Main Controller and the replacement Main Controller, it was noticed that the position of the dip switches on the dip switch bank were in different positions.
Setting the dip switches on the replacement Main Controller to the following resolved the network download available message at power on.
Set dip switches 1, 2 and 3 on and bit 4 "off"

Remedy 1.Replace the Shift Roller HP Sensor (S2).

2.Replace the Shift Motor (M4).

3.Replace the Finisher Controller PCB (PCB1)
