No but new company is buying generic ones. I am so against any generic parts and toner and see stuff here that is most likely caused buy generic stuff and now I have to use it. Worked on a machine 5 1/2 years and first time they were sent generic toner got a code for the developer. Standard excuse we test the generic parts before we use it and I have heard that a million times. Really makes my job harder and was one of the questions I asked when I hired on this company. My company was bought just recently by a large company. I sure am not happy about it but I am sure they will tell me to look for work elsewhere if I complain a lot.
