Good day,
I can not find a problem. The duplex printing with more than three copies is without error or jam (just waiting)... after opening door and take out all of paper printer show error E240-000 and restart itself. Single copies is fine. This error is not even in the manual. Thanks

Try to reconnect all connectors on dc and main controller.Also check flat ribbon hdd cable and HD disc.
