Adv 4045 Add Toner

Customer has Adv4045 with 140k copies on it, they say for about a month the copier has been asking them to replace toner cartridge but the cartridge is not empty. They actually threw away 2 cartridges even though they felt full???? I remember having this on one of the older ir3245 units and had to replace the entire hopper assembly.....is that what I'm looking at here? Is this common on this model?

Developing Unit Gear comes off and causes a similar issue
Remove Developer Unit
Check gear is on it and not fallen into chassis

There was a problem with a gear in the hopper. A new hopper should have the new style gear.
