Canon MF6550 toner level status

IS there a way to check the toner cartridge levels on this machine? client called for bad prints but it seems to be a low toner problem, i want to just rule out that possibility.

Tell the customer to shake the toner cartridge and reinstall if the first couple prints are clearer then sell them a new toner GOOD LUCK
