Installation of a DADF-AB1 on to a IR2525

Trying to install a DADF-AB1 on to a IR2525 that was sold without the DF. I have the reader glass and plastic glass retainers but I do not have the metal crossmember or the side retainer part/parts. Does anyone know if there was an installation kit for this?

The reader parts book does not show a part number for the crossmember and does not show any other metal parts.

Did the ADF AB1 come with installation kit ?
You must have :1 GLASS READER FL2-9843 and 1 GLASS RETAINER FC8-6178 that usually comes with the kit.
There are no metal parts.
