[Misc] copy quality on my copier

greetings to you all. i have canon advance 8085 that i am having some challenges on and i need your help to solve this problem when i do photocopies its clear but when i print from the computer it gives some black background on the the print out.

will appreciate all solutions on the platform

Internal prints from machine? how they look?
What you have done so far? Did you check driver settings? Replace driver tipe?
Please post a sample.

Have your tried printing throug the webinterface (.jpg or .pdf) to rule out a driver issue ?
