[Misc] Send "Counter Check" to email

hello,

i have 3 machine and i rent them to other company.
and i would like to get the counter check to my email automatically in some period.
so i dont need to come to the customer for checking the counter.
My machine is IR3235, IR ADV 4045 and 6255.

example: my IR 3235 automatically sending all total counter check to my email every week.

any suggestion for this problem ?

Afaik this isn't possible (at least w/o extra software). Our networking guys installed software on an server that requests the data from the printers an then sends it to some managenent software (MSP).

If you can manage to get access to the webinterface somehow, you can read out the counter remotely yourself.

if this is using software, what software can use to setup this flow ?
so your guys grab data from RUI ?

in 4045 device, i have setup RUI remotely from my home and as you said i can see the counter check. just open port 8000 on modem then you can access the RUI via IP Address.
but this way have many problem.
Firts, you need ask to the company for opening port ( how if they do not wat to give permission or they have use port 8000 ?)
Second, in my country most company using dynamic ip, so the ip address can change any time
Third, the dynamic ip can be done using ddns, but this way need many setting on modem using our account ddns server
Fourth, if they factory reset modem, i lost the control of machine.


maybe someone can give another suggestion?

We use MSP, but that is remote (multi)fleet management for Servers, PC, Laptop, Tablet and Printer...
