    Canon iR 7105. Dirty prints.

    Hello!

I would be thankful if i could give me an advice. The problem is about Canon iR7105. Once, maybe because of Separation Corona, a sheet of paper got under the OPC Cleaning Blade. It took about 10 prints before the sheet got under the Cleaning Blade. I took it out, i changed the Cleaning Blade, i cleaned the OPC DRUM. Unfortunately, the printed sheets of paper keep getting dirty. I cleaned a few times the OPC DRUM but it didn't really help. OPC DRUM's surface looks perfectl but the printed sheets are still geting dirty. The fact is that another OPC DRUM gives a perfect and clean result.

I would buy another OPC DRUM but the price is too high.

Is it possible somehow to make this OPC DRUM work again?
    I attached below a photo.

Thank you. Have a nice day.

Inspect the cleaning web and the hot roller, magnet roller from the developer it is sometimes causing of dirty prints. And go the adjustment/ cleaning mode then select cleaning wire.......Good luck

Try using Brasso to polish the drum, this can help to restore its surface.

I would take it apart again and vacuum the ap kit carriage. Looks like a blade not cleaning
