On this machine I emptied the waste toner bottle but it looks like i need to reset a counter. It is not under the maintenance tab. I think i need to get into a service mode to reset. I am not Canon trained and would like to know how to reset. We are slowly switching them over to Kyocera's but have to take care of a few of these for a couple months. Thanks in advance.
