[Jamming] Canon IR C3580Ne Jam 0206

I have a problem with an IR C3580Ne. It give me jam code 0206 and I lost 1-3cm from the printing but I think this is a registration clutch error.
Papersize:A4 80g from all trays
When I use A4R it works good.

I clean the sensor from fuser and remove all sticky dumpers behindes all sensors.

any ideas?
