Make sure the white platen roller on the feeder is seated properly on the glass.

Performing a hinge adjustment on the feeder hinges should resolve the dog eared originals.

Also check for --worn guides in the document feeder.
The parts can be found in the imageRUNNER 5075 parts manual figure A40, item 106 and 105.

In some cases, replacing the DADF Lower Delivery Guide (part number FL2-5982-000) in the DADF Paper Feeder Assembly resolved the service issue of dog ears occurring on originals when originals are fed through the DADF.
