please help regarding ir2270, in printing no problem.. but for copying the output is this image... please help.... thanks.....

clean the glass mirror in the scanner unit it is causing of poor copies when the mirror cover of dust........

sir i already did the cleaning... in also has the same problem with adf...

did you removed the platen glass then clean the glass mirror from inside? What do you mean bout the adf? You're copying using adf its the same problem...there is one thing i dont remember if there is filter glass from the laser unit you can also clean it...

yes sir .. i removed the platen glass to clean the glass... and yes sir when using adf still the problem output,.. when photocopying using platen glass and adf the result is the not good...

by the way sir rudysemira, im not a copier technician... just trying to solve the issue with the copier... il try to clean the filter glass from the laser... thanks..

Can't be a laser problem if print is ok.This is scanner issue.
If you have the same problem from adf and from glass what I doubt then can be scanner or reader pcb.
