IR3045 Jams in cleaning assm

Machine has a delay at fuser sensor jam (forgot code). The paper actually sticks to the drum and goes partially into the cleaning assembly. I believe it's caused by temp/humidity issues. It's an air conditioned office and there is condensation around the fuser delivery guides (paper doesn't even make it there).

I know I've seen a post in the past with some service mode settings (transfer/sep voltages I think) to solve this but couldn't find it with a search.

Does it jam on duplex only or on single sided also?
107 Jam maybe?
Did you try with new or 100g paper?
Try increase the value: COPIER > ADJUST > HV-TR

It does jam on duplex copies... not sure about single sided. It only jams occasionally but always up into the cleaning assembly.

Thanks for the video, but it wouldn't work in this situation because the paper goes into the cleaning assembly before it would hit those guides.
