Cyan as a grid on 9060 Pro

    Hi Fellas,

    I have a strange case on a 9060 PRO.

All drums and developers are almost new (just 5% usage).

The problem is that cyan comes out as some kind of grid.

It is not visible on the PG-5 though.

But when customer prints on thick paper it is visible.

I have already switched drums between cyan and yellow - and it is the same.

I have also switched to ON the heater on the back of machine.

    What can it be ?

    Hi!

You probably already tried gradation and calibration ......
Any differences If you stir cyan developer?

Yes I tried gradation & calibration a couple of times.

The funny thing is that when I print calibration sheet on thick paper - the cyan degrades very quickly and in a grid filling.

      The other colors look fine.

      PFFFFF

I am starting to have bad feelings about this series ....

          Hi Z,

I went back to that customer and did all your suggestions.

          Nada...

Even if transfer roller was in great shape - I still replaced it.

Developer is almost new - 5 % on counter and also visually it looks perfect.

Any other ideas except replacing dev unit ?

          Thnx...

Was the cyan print quality with the old developer the same? Was the procedure for installing a new developer correct? Are the developer values in normality?

            Try with:

copier>function>install>td-ac for all or only cyan.

Had the nearly same Thing Time ago; try to change the Laser Units (I would suggest Yellow against Cyan) and see if the Error goes along with the Cyan Unit
