Looking for some Professional opinions from counter partner
After refurbishing this type of Canon machines(more than 20), I find a common problem that Hot Roller { at Left side/front side, or called at power Socket side} have had a deep mark worn out, and gradually scratched the fusing/fixing Film. The Location was not contacted by paper , close the end and nothing underneath hot rollers. The only understanding reason about fixing Film caused by too much grease or Toner's melted wax (OEM toner sometimes is not always good TOO MUCH WAX ACCUMULATED). And thermistors or hard metal piece INSIDER THE FILM hit the film.
Is there any technical bulletin to mention about issues.
