Server2003 SP3

Ok, we just upgraded the OS to SP3 for our windows2003 servers. Since then users were unable to print using their dept id and pin. I disabled the feature via the web interface for the printer and on the print server. So users can print. But i need to be able to use this feature. When it is active only some users can print using the id and pw given. What is the deal? Our Cannon rep said it was the SP, well tough because we arent rolling back that so some printer will work.

go to addition functions look under system-dept id management. check to see what the status of job accounting is ( On) or off. Thats the check box for printing to the copier. on should be when using ids etc from computer.
