    irAdv4045 E520-0005

    Customer has an Adv4045 with E520-0005, service manual doesn't show sub-code 0005. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

      Actually customer had wrong code, it is E520-0002. And the guide that attaches to the off-set roller assembly came off. Case Closed!

          Nice, customers telling you the copier gives an error. On location the whole part is in pieces, happens to me with one customer and the fuser frequently...
          Like you wouldn't notice they broke it !
