    GP605 stop while make copy

    this my machine still alive. but when i make several copies for example 20 set.after 6 or 10 copies comes out then the machine stop and the massege "Please wait a moment" appeared on screen.

    this is something new for me.and i have no idea to do.
    please help me if you know the probebly problem of this.wht
    should i do to solve this kind of problem.

    try to go on service mode then go to display and see the error. or maybe the platen glass is moving.that cause that cause your machine to stop.

      the error code is sc202.of couse refer to the scanner problem.
      I try change the scanner motor and main board but still the same.
      the scanner lamp not move at all.

          The error code is E-202.not E-220.
          its nothing to do with the exposer lamp I think.
          as usually when the machine turned on the scanner moving to righthand side isn't it? and return to home position.
          But for this case the scanner not move at all.

            An E202 is caused by the sensor that is activated by the glass on insertion on the back left corner of the glass area. Either the sensor is not activated or the sensor is bad.

              try to replace the copy glass. or take off the sensor on the upper back side of the machine.
              there is no glory without sacrifice

                  the platen glass sensor.on left rear corner.
                  it not pushed enough.
