Hi. I reset all the memory from service mode in clear option. Now machine have this code when i start the machine. I try to use holding 1&9 option but noting is happening. Also in downloading mode machine atays stop. Please please help me. My customer asking for new machine.

Why did you clear memory? do you mean the Main and DC controllers? E602, is your HDD, did you disconnect it? What was your initial issue on this machine?

The machine not giving print from network. Geting error ng #860. I try all the drivers but the same issue. So one of my friend give me the advice to reset all the memory and then try again. So i reset the machine in service mode>copier>clear.
After that this code appears.

hold down 2+4 and turn the machine on .. this runs the diagnostics test .. if it comes NG there an issue
