M1 finisher on C3200 not collating

Hi, we have 3 C3200/C3220's, 2 with an M1 finisher, one with an N1...the N1 is able to collate, the M1's won't. i've checked the settings in the fiery options, printing preferences, etc...it shows the finisher as an installed option, and i can check off the collating option, but still, it won't...any ideas?

is your copier and finisher up to date on software and firmware? what do you have now for versions? I'm not where i can see what finishers you are suppose to use at this moment, maybe one is not made for that model.
