    ipf8300 loading profiles

    Hi everyone,
    I had to switch computers and I am having trouble loading profiles with the media config tool. I am using windows 10 and connected to the printer with usb. In the media config tool it says connecting to an IP address. Shouldn't say a usb or something like that?

      The Media Information File (.amx file) is no longer included with the Media Configuration Tool.
      The Media Information File (.amx file) must be downloaded separately from Canon U.S.A., Inc..

      Download config tool 7.00 then download the update media info file .amx file

          Thanks Teckat. As usual you are on it. I managed to figure it out today somehow. I had to update everything and had to figure it all out. Took me most of the day but the machine is up and running. All inks are now working and I was even able to put my custom profiles back in. Thanks so much for all your help.
