why do u need firmware ?? if u are a tech > u should have known 5020 & 6020 use same firmware

i have try using 5020 firmware for 6020i, still no luck .
yes i have IR ADV 6055 without Direct Print PDF, i need firmware for adding this mannually. (before i have try adding Direct Print PDF on 6275 machine and it's work)
im not a tech but just user, and i have 3 copy center .

I am pretty sure that the 5020 works on the 6020.

i'll try it again .

On Advance series you can update the firmware of the machine to the most recent version using the "Register/Update Software" function from the Remote UI.
