Canon IRC 408I - error e-000110-0303,cyan laser unit,help-

Hi Folks,
just came across customer with it's older Canon IRC-4080, and getting cyan laser unit error,E000110-0302,
I've never replaced this laser unit on this model. I imagine I could swap connectors, to be sure it is the laser unit. but just looking for any input as to this error code. I do recall the old CLC-100 you would get laser error if front door interlock wasn't complete..so, any help,ideas greatly appreciated..!

You could try and swap the laser with one of the other ones to see if error changes, I attached the sub code info for that error code.

Hi Folks,
thanks for the advise, would anyone have the directions/procedures as to replacing the laser unit, I can't seem to find a service manual. as I know it's a bit older model? any help greatly appreciated !!..Thanks..
